As a Designer at Knowlegiate, you will play a key role in crafting visually captivating and user-centric designs that drive growth for our clients.
We are looking for a talented designer who stays ahead of the latest standards, combining creativity with strategic thinking.
Your work will focus on delivering exceptional UI and UX, prioritizing brand development and customer growth.
You should be proficient in using industry-standard design tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat, or similar software.
Clear communication and effective collaboration with our management team and developers are essential.
If your background lacks SEO experience, we will provide the necessary training to develop this skill.
Responsibilities
Visual Design:
- Create engaging, innovative designs for websites, applications, marketing materials, and digital campaigns that align with clients' brand strategies.
- Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
UX/UI Design:
- Design intuitive and seamless user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and refine design decisions.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are both aesthetically compelling and technically sound.
- Collaborate with SEO Specialists to integrate design elements that support search optimization goals.
- Communicate design concepts effectively with the management team to align with project objectives and client needs.
Brand Consistency:
- Uphold and evolve the visual identity of each client’s brand across all design projects.
- Ensure all designs align with strategic goals, focusing on growth and user engagement.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Be receptive to feedback and iterate on designs to enhance performance and appeal.
Requirements
Proficiency in Design Tools:
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
Strong Understanding of UX/UI Principles:
- Ability to create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces that enhance the user journey.
Technical Knowledge:
- A practical understanding of web development to craft clean, straightforward designs that minimize complexity and streamline implementation for developers.
- Awareness of how design impacts SEO, with a willingness to develop this knowledge further.
Creativity and Innovation:
- Strong ability to generate original design concepts and innovative solutions.
